You probably have seen this before. When you’re at the bottom of the page, there’s a small button that will bring you back to the top of the page when you click it. This is really helpful since you don’t have to scroll by yourself all the way to the top of the page.
Adding this button is relatively easy. If you’re a programmer, there are few great jquery plugins out there to add this button by yourself, one of them is scrollToTop. However, if you’re not into coding, luckily there are many WordPress plugins available to help you. Enter WPFront Scroll Top.
Once you’ve activated the plugin, you can enable the button from the settings page. It’s that simple.
This plugin also comes with many optional settings to help you customize the button. These are some of the options and features of this plugin:
- Enable/disable smooth scroll
- Auto hide button
- Set button opacity
- Choose to display text or image
- Set the position of the button
- Choose from various images provided or upload your own image
- Set scroll offset
- Hide of small windows
- and more…
This plugin is pretty cool. If you’re looking for something that is very easy to use, WPFront Scroll Top is definitely a plugin you want to use to add the smooth scroll to top button to your WordPress site. For those of you who are interested, you may download this plugin for free from WordPress.org plugin repo. Will you use this plugin for your site or do you have any better option than this?
