Whenever there’s a new registration, as an admin, you’ll get an email notification about it with few details such as the user’s email and username. While this can be useful as you’ll know a new user has been added to the site, for large scale website, it can be spammy. Luckily, there’s a way to disable the new user email notification and that’s what we’re going to show you today.
Luckily, there’s an easy way to do. There’s a plugin in WordPress plugin repo called Disable New User Notification Emails to disable the email notification. Simply download and activate the plugin and you’re good to go.
We hope this tutorial helped you to disable email notification for new user registration. However, for some of you who regularly have some new user registrations, we don’t recommend to remove the email notification as it will allows you to monitor and get notified whenever a new user is being registered on your site.
